Get ready to kick off Beyond Luton Carnival 50 with an evening of culture, conversation and carnival heritage as we officially launch this landmark project.
Join host Linett Kamala and the Beyond Luton Carnival 50 team as we come together to celebrate the past, present and future of Luton Carnival. This launch event is your chance to meet the people behind the project, hear what’s planned over the coming months, and find out how you can get involved.
The evening will also feature a screening of the award‑winning short film Beyond The Rush, followed by a talk with the film’s director NIYADRE, offering insight into the stories, energy and creativity that surround carnival culture.
Whether you’re a long‑time carnival supporter, a creative, a community organiser, or simply curious, this launch marks the beginning of an exciting journey — and everyone is welcome.
