The Big Heart workshops

Join Luton at Heart for one or more of of their free Big Heart Workshops at Hat Factory Arts Centre – friendly, welcoming sessions where creativity and storytelling come together. All materials will be provided in the workshop

At each workshop, a Luton at Heart model will share their inspiring story of recovery and rediscovery. While they talk, you’ll be invited to draw, paint, or experiment with mixed media, creating artwork inspired by what you hear and feel.

The Luton at Heart project is a supportive, creative project exploring how creativity can aid recovery, wellbeing, and renewed confidence after serious health challenges.
